GDPR

GDPR står för General Data Protection Regulation och är en ny dataskyddslag som började gälla inom EU den 25 maj-2018. GDPR ersatte den svenska personuppgiftslagen (PUL).

Personuppgiftspolicyn är till för att du som privatkund eller kontaktperson hos våra befintliga, tidigare eller potentiella leverantörer eller kunder ska känna dig trygg med att Sabine Rosén AB som personuppgiftsansvarig hanterar dina personuppgifter i enlighet med GDPR..

Hur hanterar vi dina personuppgifter
Vi är mycket noga med att hantera de personuppgifter  du gett oss genom åra kontaktformulär eller e-post till oss, enligt noggranna rutiner. Om du eller din arbetsgivare är kund eller leverantör till oss så använder vi dina personuppgifter för att kunna utföra de tjänster och som ni beställer från oss eller vi beställer ifrån er.

Vi kan även komma att använda dina personuppgifter i marknadsföringssyfte genom t ex nyhetsbrev, inbjudningar till seminarier, frukostmöten eller personlig kontakt för att informera dig om våra tjänster. De behandlingar som görs i detta syfte anser vi vara av intresse för dig som registrerad, eller i vart fall inte vara så pass integritetskränkande att berättigade intressen hos oss eller din arbetsgivare inte kan hävdas. Om du inte vill ta emot nyhetsbrev från oss så kan du när som helst avregistrera dig via en länk från nyhetsbrevet. I vissa fall kan vi i marknadsföringssyfte behandla personuppgifter såsom foto, film på dig eller kommentarer inklusive. ditt namn och titel. Vilka personuppgifter behandlar vi?

Om du har lämnat ditt samtycke så kan vi även behandla följande uppgifter:

• Foto eller film på dig
• Kommentarer eller kundröster som du lämnat på till exempel vår vår webbsida eller i sociala medier inklusive ditt fullständiga namn och titel.

Hur länge sparar vi dina personuppgifter?

Uppgifterna sparas så länge du eller din arbetsgivare är kund eller leverantör till oss. Om samarbetet avslutas eller kontakten med dig upphör så sparar vi dina uppgifter i 1 år. Om din arbetsgivare är kund eller leverantör till oss och vi får kännedom om att du inte längre är kontaktperson kommer vi omgående att ta bort dina uppgifter.

Vi kan ha rättslig skyldighet att spara vissa personuppgifter längre än ovan, t ex genom bokföringslagen och tullagen. Dessa uppgifter sparar vi då för dessa ändamål så länge tillämplig lag kräver det.

Dina rättigheter

Du har rätt att få reda på om vi behandlar, lagrar personuppgifter om dig. Du kan närsomhelst kräva att få se vilka uppgifter vi har, ändra uppgifterna eller ta bort dem. Vill du få ett utdrag på vilka uppgifter vi har sparat (vi har bara sådant du själv uppgett, som namn, telefon, adress, personnummer) kan vi tyvärr inte lämna ut dem bara genom en begäran per mejl, utan du måste visa upp legitimation för oss på företaget i centrala Stockholm. Detta för din egen säkerhets skull, så dina uppgifter inte kommer i orätta händer och fel person begär ut uppgifterna.

Vill du att vi ändrar felaktiga eller ofullständiga uppgifter, raderar uppgifter eller begränsar vår behandling av dina personuppgifter. Så gör vi det direkt med undantag för om vi har rättslig skyldighet att behandla uppgifterna t ex genom bokföringslagen eller tullagen.

Har du tidigare samtyckt till att vi behandlar dina personuppgifter, t ex foton eller film där du medverkar, så har du när som helst rätt att återkalla ditt samtycke till behandlingen. Ett återkallande påverkar inte lagligheten av behandlingen innan samtycket återkallades.

How long do we store your personal information?

The information is saved as long as you or your employer is a customer or supplier to us. If the collaboration ends or the contact with you ends, we will save your information for 1 year. If your employer is a customer or supplier to us and we become aware that you are no longer a contact person, we will immediately delete your information.

We may have a legal obligation to store certain personal data longer than above, for example through the Accounting Act and the Customs Act. We then save this information for these purposes for as long as applicable law requires it.

Your rights

You have the right to find out if we process, store personal data about you. You can at any time demand to see what information we have, change the information or delete it. If you want an extract of what information we have saved (we only have such as you have provided, such as name, telephone, address, social security number), we can unfortunately not disclose them only by a request by e-mail, but you must show identification for us at the company in central Stockholm.
